  70. Who Said That requires Windows 3.1.  If it is installed on a Windows 3.0
  71. system, it will not run.  On versions of Windows prior to 3.11 it also
  72. requires SHARE.EXE to be loaded BEFORE starting Windows. Note, however,
  73. if you are using Windows 3.11, Windows for Workgroups or Windows 95 you
  74. do not need SHARE.EXE.

  155. If you received Who Said That as a ZIP file, you should find a .ZIP file
  156. called WST100.ZIP (or WST.ZIP if you obtained the program from
  157. CompuServe).  It will contain the files listed in the Packing List
  158. section.

  160. You should unzip the file to a directory of your hard disk and then run
  161. the install program.  For example, if you unzip to a directory called
  162. C:\INST then you would execute INSTALL.EXE from the C:\INST directory.
  163. If you use File Manager then double click the file INSTALL.EXE in the
  164. C:\INST directory. If you use Program Manager then select FILE/RUN...
  165. and enter C:\INST\INSTALL.EXE and click OK. Then just follow the screen
  166. prompts.

  168. If you want to install from diskette then place the files on a 1.44Mb
  169. diskette. Then from Program Manager select FILE/RUN... and enter
  170. A:\INSTALL.EXE, then just follow the screen prompts.

  172. If you received Who Said That as ZIP files, you should find the files
  173. listed in PACKING LIST section included.  If any of the files are missing
  174. you do not have a complete package and it will not install or run.
